Good work but slow
We were anticipating getting at least a couple of things done off of our to-do list but in 4 hours, only one job was completed. While the handyman did good work, it took a very long time which was extremely disappointing. When I scheduled the service, I was told he would be able to complete a number of things on my list. Very expensive for only one job.

In this case, there were several projects that we were working to complete and the repairs that he'd done on the frame of your door at your home in the Ypsilanti area increased the scope of work to be done. Unfortunately, matters like this unexpectedly arise at times, but we truly appreciate you giving Erik the opportunity to address this concern that was a major priority for you and use his years of experience and expertise to correct this matter. Fast, professional, Thorough
Alan came to fix one part of our gutter, but noticed something else on the gutter so he fixed that as well. I appreciate that he was respectful and thorough.

Composite deck and patio wash
My Ace handyman Eric did an excellent job cleaning my deck and the patio underneath and the end result was better than I expected. He completed the cleaning and returned all articles that needed to be moved to their proper place. It appears the communication process needs to be improved between the employee doing the estimating and the craftsman doing the work. A written estimate of work which was discussed would be a good start. Based on the outcome I would recommend this business, however several improvements to the Ace process were discussed
