I was told that the dry wall job would likely be 8 hours over two day since they had to wait for the mud to dry. They took 7 hours to do about 5 hours of actual work. One of the workers kept wanting to go back to the store instead of working on what was in front of him. It turned out the owner shared information about me to him and he wanted more personal detailed information. He continued to ask intrusive questions and wanted to see what other work I might want him to do in other parts of my house even after I told him no. I checked on them again after about 6 hours of work and was told they could not come back the next day because they were scheduled somewhere else. The work was clearly not even close to finished and they did not talk to me about extending the amount of time that the job would take. The owner stated that if they found the work would take longer then they would let me know right away. They failed to communicate that. I had painters scheduled to come in after them and needed the job done in 2 consecutive days. The owner, Alicia, said that it was me that did not allow them to finish but it was poor planning and slow work that made it impossible for me to have them finish. I ended up paying my painters to finish their work.

The painter, Ben Kirkland, arrived on time. He explained each step of the process. He was very polite and very professional. The cabinets he painted make the entire kitchen look new.

I typically prefer to pay a handyman by the job rather than by the hour, but decided to give Ace Handyman a chance based on other great reviews. Arielle in the office was extremely helpful in making sure I had all I needed for the install. Fonzie arrived exactly at our scheduled time & was very friendly. He removed and replaced two toilets, a ceiling fan, and a piece of rotted wood on my porch...all in three hours! I believe using Ace saved me money this time around since it would have cost me more to pay someone by the job. I highly recommend Ace Handyman.

Ace Handyman Services was awesome from the minute I contacted them. The customer service rep who set up our appointment was super friendly and was very transparent about their process and cost structure, She was able to give me a quote right away. They called the night before to confirm and even sent a text to show Fonzie’s arrival time. Fonzie was prompt, kind, and helpful. He was very clear in what he was going to be doing and even helped explained how it worked. He finished under the quoted time and the work turned out great! I would definitely recommend them!

Ace Handyman Services did a great job from beginning to end. The customer service rep who set up our appointment was friendly, let me know the costs up front, and let me know what to expect. They sent a text to update when Kevin would be arriving. Kevin was prompt, kind, and helpful. Although the stores in the area didn't have the spring for our windows, he is going to see if they could find someone else who has it. He helped with several other projects around the house that my husband and I didn't know how to do (screens that came out from the outside but had to be put back in from the inside, bathtub stopper, etc.). He let me know what he was doing along the way. I would definitely recommend them!
