Our handyman came to the house quickly when a quick turnaround request was made. He was able to get the job done in 90 minutes, and helped our family know about other items needing to be addressed (minor).

Easy to book an appointment and got them out right away. Did great work at a fair price.

Blake was our service man a day he was very friendly and helpful. He took time to talk with my husband who has dementia and loves to talk.

So my boy Blake comes over and he's very informative and thorough. We talk about my needs and expectations and everything is off to a great start. It took longer than I expected to hear back, over a week I believe, and I did I got a reasonable estimate for labor and materials with one very big problem. There was no description of the work to be done! Nothing, just labor and materials. I asked for a more detailed break down and you would have thought I was speaking a foreign language. Got a little bit of attitude about that but let it slide and finally got something listing the work to be done. So in the future just put on the estimate that you are doing x,y, and z for this amount of money. To send me an estimate that just lists total labor gives me no recourse if your guy comes over and paints one spot for 3 days. I don't have anything stating that was not what he was supposed to do. Anyway I digress. Alfonso came to do the work and did a great job, couldn't be happier. There were times he was unsure what he was supposed to be doing but Blake never came by to point out the details so there was too much back and forth pinning those down. Alfonso is the reason for the 4 stars because his work and professionalism are top notch but OMG the communication needs some work.

I called this morning about a door in a FedEx location here in Amarillo that wasn't working properly. They responded quickly, got me on the schedule for this morning, and had completed the job by Noon. It was a small job, but their responsiveness, professionalism and communication were excellent! If this is a usual customer experience, then they are as good as it gets.

They are super nice and professional. My new walk-in shower turned out beautiful. Would use them again!

I am so excited to find Ace Handyman Services, they are very efficient and do good work. I called for an estimate and they got right back with me, scheduled an appointment and showed up on time!
