Did a great job.

Work done: clothing rack started to come unsecure from the wall. Told the CSR rep from the beginning it was business. Gave me residential pricing of $175 and after work was done we ended up paying $375 because that is "commercial pricing." I get pricing is different but honor the price you said from the beginning (especially when you just didn't listen to me say the business name and scope of work). Once work was completed, he gave us a breakdown of the pricing ($275 for labor and $100 for work done) then told us if we pay cash it would be cheaper....after he mentioned he has his own business. Lol - have to appreciate the hustle. Patch work has to dry and said if they come back out tomorrow it would be another $275. Told him no thank you. So, for 15 mins of work, we paid $375 (I get minimums but come on) and to think another $275 for another 15 mins if they come back tomorrow. I booked yesterday. Between confirmation calls/emails, I have received 8 calls and 5 emails in 24 hours. I guess they were able to come out quick. Just call someone else.

Chris arrived on time & promptly finished my needed electric service. He did a great job, even checking about an additional electrical issue. While a bit pricey ($282 flat rate), I immediately needed repair as it was in our kitchen. Quality of work was no issue. However this morning (service was the previous mid-afternoon) I received two text messages, one phone call & one e-mail notice about payment within one hour all before 9 AM. I was told it was how their automatic billing service worked. It was more than a bit annoying. I don't recall this being the case when I previously used Ace Handyman. Marie did apologize regarding this. The service work was 5 stars, but the billing system was not.

Oscar was fantastic! His punctuality, courtesy, quality of work and attention to detail is why I will continue to do business with Ace Services!

I had 3 projects each needing some discussion. Mark was patient and gave good advice and we found the best solutions. All 3 of my projects were completed efficiently and professionally. I could not be happier. This is my second time using ACE Handyman and I have not been disappointed.

Maria returned my call very quickly after I initially talked with the answering service and she made an appointment very efficiently then Maria called me the day before my appointment asking me to return her call but I never did because it was late in the evening but early the next morning, Mark, the craftsman called me ready to come earlier because he had had a cancellation. We made arrangements to come a half hour earlier than originally scheduled because I had an appointment to keep. He arrived 15 minutes early, assessed my kitchen need, got his tools together because I had some old plywood he could use, and within an hour had the work completed ready to dry so the continuance of my job could take place later this month.

Professional and knowledgeable. Was quick to assess the problem and fixed it!
