I had a previous great experience with Chris from ACE Handyman so I decided to book another appointment for more technical services. I had a unique situation with my kitchen plumbing. A former tenant in my property had the garbage disposal removed without my knowledge and the pipes refitted under the kitchen sink. I currently live in the property and wanted/needed the disposal installed. The technician, Oz, was able to install a disposal that I had purchased previously and re-plumb all pipes including the connection from my dishwasher to the garbage disposal. Oz even went above and beyond my expectations by installing the disposal on the side that I preferred rather than the side that would have been easier for him to do. He worked tirelessly until the job was completed even having to make a run to get more supplies. Oz was very courteous, personable, and professional. He has a good work ethic as evidenced by not leaving until the job was done right. Oz also installed a taller, more efficient toilet in my bathroom which Chris bought with my approval and delivered to my home. It was a great experience and I will call ACE Handman again when I need more help.

He went the extra steps of advising me about my best choice of wood for the crawl space wooden frames; he made them; and he replaced four old ones on a cold morning in December kneeling on the rocky ground. Greg came out after 5:00pm, when no one else was willing to. I had a leak under my kitchen sink, and there was no way to fix it myself. Greg came checked out the situation and went about fixing it. Quick and very professional service.

Since my husband died several months ago, I am missing my own personal handyman. I saw an ACE Handyman business card at ACE Hardware and gave them a call. I have a bi-fold door covering my laundry area which had been falling over after a previous tenant had destroyed the track and connection. I called ACE Handyman and explained my problem. I was given a fair quote after I provided pictures of my problem. I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment in a couple of days. I was emailed and texted about my appointment with the exact time that the handyman would be at my home. Chris, the handyman, arrived on time and got right to work. After he examined the door, he let me know the problem and how he would fix it. At that time, I told Chris that I had another issue since I had scheduled my appointment. I explained about the water in the bottom of my dishwasher. Without hesitation, Chis took a look at my dishwasher and went to work unclogging the debris in the filter and hose. I heartily recommend the ACE Handyman Service and especially, Chris, who took extra time to do an additional task while being very polite, knowledgeable, and pleasant. It was a great experience. I will be making additional appointments to install a garbage disposal and a new toilet.
