Friendly and professional with some room for improvement
The technician was knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions some changes could help. I noted on three occasions talking to CS that some work required access to the roof. However the technician showed up without a ladder and had to use 2 of my ladders (a 4 ft and an 8 ft). Additionally while on the roof cleaning the dryer vent pipe I had to inform the technician that the pipe they were working on was the bathroom exhaust vent pipe not the dryer vent. Just room for further training and improvement.

Repair Fence Gate

Great service and work from this company
The assigned Craftsman for this job, Vibert charles, arrived at the job site on time and did an excellent job. Mr Charles was very diligent and courteous during the work and kept me informed as to any additional issues with the damage he was fixing. I will use Ace Hardware contractor services for any future home repair business if they offer those services.

Keenan evaluated three fencing issues and presented options for repair, which showed his excellent knowledge and resourcefulness, and then expertly accomplished all three fixes. Then he adjusted and replaced a baseboard that had snappped in half by an ill fitting appliance. Because his work inspires confidence, I asked him to return for a whole day, in the house tune up.
