Trying to get anything done to your home in Highlands-Cashiers is a challenge. Either they don’t show up on time or never show up. The work is often suspect, and/or the prices ridiculous. Ace Handyman Services was everything you want. Although not cheap, in this market it’s a bargain. Skipp called the night prior to the appointment, as Laura had promised, to get the background on what we needed. He arrived early and immediately went to work replacing a bathroom exhaust fan. He was courteous, speedy and the work was perfectly done. Skipp put a drop cloth under the work area and at the end cleaned everything up as if he had never been here. I highly recommend Ace and will use them again.

Communication throughout the process was very good. Skip arrived at the appoointed hour, worked efficiently, and got the job done in a very reasonable amount of time. We would not hesitate to use again.

We’ve used Ace several times and have always been very pleased with the work done by Skipp. In addition to outstanding work, the office staff is very helpful.

I have run thru handy man, after handy man. Single man crew. They charge a fortune, and are quick to not show, or run out for supplies, to return 3 hours later, keeping trapped at home. I called Ace. The receptionist was singing their praises. I had been burned before, and I was quick to not believe her. I have to admit it it. WOW! This guy came. Was right to work, and stayed working. Almost done with one job, he would say he was almost finished. What would I like him to get to next. Seamless he went from job to job. He didn’t stink like an ashtray or pot factory. Cleaned up after himself. Holy crap! They are now top of my list. They were more expensive but did 2x the work. I can strongly recommend them. $20 sat on the table. He never gave it a second glance. 2 handy men took the 20 I left out. Im quite blind, so it was an easy to fail test. I called for a second appointment and told the receptionist she made a believer out of me.
