Everything satisfactory. Had a hanging kitchen light replaced and outdoor light replaced, as well as a few small chores and removal of some junk furniture. Ceiling plate for kitchen light didn't fit quite right, wish that could have been corrected. No big deal, though. Very pleased with the service, only took two hours for everything. Price is reasonable for the services. I will use them again.

The gentleman who came to look at my bathroom floor was punctual, polite and overall pleasant. He answered my questions and made sure I understood what he was talking about and how things would go. He took the time to check the integrity of my floor and even gave me suggestions on how to save money and time away from a primary room during repairs. He said I should have my quote no later than the next day. However, I received the initial quote within 30 minutes of him leaving. The quote was simple and easy to understand where the charges were coming from. Best part, it was well within my budget. I’ve had one other company come out to look at the floor. I was left confused on what they wanted to do. They did not deliver the quote by the promised time and was going to charge me several thousand more than ACE. Their quote was much harder to understand and was unable to explain the charges so that I could understand where my money was going. As a woman I felt taken advantage of by the first company, however the gentleman who came today with ACE made me feel like a human who was in need of excellence service. And that’s exactly what I think I’m going to get!
