First, we would like to sincerely thank Barrie and John for helping us get our project completed. Our experience with ACE did not start out as we really planned. The first employee did not appear to have the eperience and/or knowledge to put stucco on a brick siding or complete a porch with pavement stones (this is not necessarily the fault of the company). We did find, out we were out of code on the steps (with use of pavement stones) and the work was sub-par overall. Unfortunately, the porch had to be re-done (stones removed etc.). Thankfully, John and Barrie recognized the problems of the prior job and recommended needed changes. This speaks highly of ACE's commitment to provide a product for customer satisfaction. Barrie came through and completed the porch as he and John had suggested. Their solution was actually very good (simpler) and the porch looks so much better than before. We are also very grateful Barrie sealed our stucco. Scheduling could use some improvement and Barrie is aware of some dificulties. Barrie and John Thank you, you guys are a 5 /5. Our total rating for the job would be a 3/5 (Barrie's work 5/5). This rating should not be a deterrent in any way for using ACE Handyman. We would recommend ACE now that we know some of the employees (Barrie).

Superior, quality work. Started by someone else who did an awful job. Barrie came in and was extremely knowledgeable, kind, honest and turned a bad experience into a good one. They are a stand up company. They made things right when the past worker didn't work out. I would recommend this company without reservation. Barrie in particular is amazing and I am thankful he showed up to do my job. Don't let him get away...he is knowledgeable, honest and does fantastic work!!!
