Had a hot water leak in tub and a cold water leak in sink. The guy was nice. The things I didn't like are 1 the price given changed from 380 to 580 so he called the boss and got it changed back. 2 IT took over an hour to get parts and of course I was charged for that time. 3 He tried to fix hot water in sink not the cold. A part broke and the entire facet had to be replaced. Was charged price and a half for new facet . The leak was fixed in tub but next day cold water starts to leak and shower now will not let much hot water flow. It's just seems strange that there was no problem with the shower before . Also strange was the guy several times pointed out that you couldn't find the shower parts anymore and That if the shower or cold water messed up I should plan on a remodeling. I wouldn't let them handle plumbing .

Actually received a 1 year warranty.

Although I feel I was charged an extra hour, he did a great job. He didn't arrive until 12:45 and was finished at 2:40 and I was charged for 3 hours. He sat in his truck until 3:10. He claimed to be letting my ceiling paint dry. Then the only tools needed to do the job was some sealant and a gallon of Kilz. I was charged $160 for that. So, they are overpriced.
