Doug Maben is an experienced professional, great at getting job done correctly, able to problem solve issues, and friendly and courteous :)

William did a great job in a pinch. Our original vanity my husband & I chose didn't work with our plumbing. William quickly popped down to Home Depot with me to get the right set up and to work he went. I will request him for future projects. Aside from the handymen, I do request better online services. I took pictures of what was going to be installed & the link was broken. Calling the office just gets an answering services with no call back.

Due to a rescheduling issue around Covid-19 exposures, I ended up with 2 handymen on two days, Doug and William, rather than 1 handyman over 2 days. I had a whole roster of projects (22 in all) that included electrical work (replacing a range hood, improving the lighting in the kitchen and closet/pantry, and replacing 2 outlets), finishing off a vanity toe kick, replacing weather stripping, etc.. One job (hanging folding doors) didn't get done - not because of William, but because the final product had a definite design flaw which wasn't noticeable until it was installed. Fortunately it was easy to take down. I'm happy with how both Doug and William worked, their workmanship, and being kept apprised of what they were doing, especially surprises (and there were a lot of them) that kept popping up. I will use Ace Handyman Services for future handyman work.

William was an excellent service provider. He installed storage hooks in my garage and the work was exactly what I wanted. He was pleasant, professional and polite. HIS RATING WOULD BE 5+ STARS! The only reason I set 4 stars was the difficulty in communication at the outset with calls not being returned nor emails answered. I had 3 projects and 1 was scheduled and completed to my satisfaction. William looked at the balance and understood what I wanted done. Guerry in the office was key in having him do this so thanks to him as well. I am expecting a return call to confirm whether or not my project to cut/resize the butcher block top on a table can be done. William indicated he didn't think it would be a problem...just 4 cuts with a circular saw. Crossing my fingers I have a "go to" for future handyman work.

I really appreciated how hard they worked to help me. They have always done so every time I have used them. The handyman today was super helpful. This service was very much appreciated. He re-seeded an area of my lawn during an afternoon that was extremely hot. The person who set up this service tried very hard to arrange it and schedule it even after the first scheduled appointment fell apart due to car accident of tech who was supposed to do it.

William was very friendly and took the time to diagnose the issue— I have to purchase a new door handle and he was very helpful In giving me all measurements and info I need for a door handle/lock that had very little info! Great service

Jake was on-time, very professional and his work was outstanding. We had him straighten our kitchen cabinets and hang art work on our plaster walls. Could not be more pleased with the way it turned out. Would hire Jake in the future without hesitation.

Jake did a great job. Primary job was to power wash our granite patio and apply sealant, but Jake was also handing re-sealing many loose granite tiles with mortar, and he was able to cut a new granite piece that was curved to replace a cracked one, and he did it perfectly. Great work, good guy, I recommend Jake.

What he did looks fantastic but he didn’t complete the job because of time restraints

I had a broken garbage disposal at a rental unit. They did a great job coordinating with me and the tenant to replace the unit. The job was done quickly and professionally. Their communication was second to none. I will use them again without question.
