From my experience talking with Linda on the phone through the work experience with Bogdan--everything was first rate. Linda was extremely thorough on the phone with reminders about supplies, taking measurements, sending pictures and then her follow up both for the estimate and the appointment reminders were first rate. Bogdan called to say he was on his way, arrived on time and we were able to talk through the projects in an order that made sense and was most efficient. He was extremely professional in his approach, did the work quickly and efficiently and clean up all the work spaces. We ran into a problem with the lock set on the door but we found a solution and he adapted to the our needs perfectly. Additionally, there were some issues with the wiring of the wall switch with the ceiling fan but Bogdan was able to talk us through them and help us decide which was the better solution. I would highly recommend Bogdan, Linda and Handyman Matters and will use the service again.
