Great experience and Service
As always, Alex did a great job repairing a few sheet rock issues and matching the knockdown pattern. Great communication, on time, and skilled workmanship. I would not hesitate to recommend Alex to a friend or ask for him again.

Excellent Results
Kurt has done other projects for us. We requested him for the latest one. He is communicative and listens to our requests.
He did another great job in a timely manner !
We are very happy with the ACE service and will use again when needed. I have already passed on ACE and Kurt’s name to one of the neighbors.

Tile removal, this is a follow up to my original review Southlake location
Very disappointed in the follow up for Jeremy the supervisor. I asked for a quote to remove 90 sqft of tile. The tech showed up with a hammer and a chisel?? To remove the tile. He would have been here a year with these tools. He called Jeremy and no answer, I took home to HD and rented a demo hammer and blade to remove the tile. It took him all of 2.5 hrs to remove it with this tool. When I spoke to Jeremy he said he would make it right so I paid the Quoted bill of $570.00 four hours labor and a trip charge. After returning the rental tool I sent the receipts to Jeremy via email and text. I call him a couple of days later and he said the owner would split the rental with me, a whopping $40.00. I told him this was not acceptable and he was suppose to get with the owner an get back to me. Never had a response. The tech only worked 3 hours of the four he was here showed up without the correct tools and didn’t Haul off the removed material. Very disappointing that that are doing this to people. Never told me they didn’t have tools or they didn’t haul off the trash.
