After leaving not the great review, Craig contacted me to speak about my experience and personally came to my house to view my concerns. He was very understanding of my concerns. He offered to have another Handyman who was experienced in door repairs come back out and correct the issue at no cost to myself. Mark came back out, corrected some minor issues and addressed my concerns. The job is now 100% to my satisfaction. I greatly appreciate the extra step Craig did. Thank you.

A job well done.
Had our old shower glass and frame removed by ACE Handyman. Arrived on time and got the work done promptly. Cleaned everything up afterward. My only issue was with the delays that occurred in scheduling following the initial evaluation visit. I would use them again.

Arrived on time, explained job, accurate quote.great work!

Got the job done right with high degree of quality
Jerry did work in my kitchen to expand the hole in the countertop so my new sink would fit. He was thorough in his estimating, measurement, and sawing, and did a clean cut in my countertop. It exceeded my expectations. It was done right the first time, and in under an hour.

Quality work with a few issues
We had a pantry demoed and the drywall repaired and textured. It took 3 visits, which is understandable with drying time, but the handyman came late all 3 times and although friendly, seemed to want to spend more time chatting than working.

Correction
Initially rated three stars. After the next day, we are still doing minor fixes to the door they were to fix. My father told me he had to tell him he was installing the door knob incorrectly and how to do it. Was not aware of this until after I gave the first review.

Need to watch the time of the job.
Would have preferred to have them come out before hand to view the job need. Then I could have gone to the store and pick up items needed to complete the job. If paying by the hour, I shouldn’t have to pay a hours worth for them to shop for items then do the job. The job took a lot long than needed. Took three hours to install a door plate and security door.
