Literally insane quality: communications (both with the specialist, &, especially with DISPATCH) was drop-dead SUPERB. Notifications (via text &/or email) were exceptionally accurate & kept updated DILIGENTLY. The specialist was outstanding: professional demeanor, competent, upbeat. Job was completed in far less time than expected, & well under the projected outside range of what it could have cost if potential but unforseen circumstances had intervened.

I recently used Ace Handyman Services Collin County to replace the latch on my side gate & fix the sagging gate so it would close properly. Ace Handyman Services was a pleasure to use. From my initial contact through job completion, everyone at Ace was 100% professional. All communications with Ace were very prompt. At their suggestion, I ordered the latch kit beforehand so I wouldn't be charged for the repairman's time to find & buy the necessary parts. When the latch kit was delivered 5 days earlier than expected, Rescheduling my appointment was very quick & easy. The night before my appointment, Ace notified me who my repair technician would be along with his picture. He called me the next morning to confirm & sent me a tracking text. It took him about 30 minutes to replace the old, broken latch with the new latch kit, then fix the gate so it would close easily. There were no surprises on the bill. I will definitely use Ace Handyman Services for future jobs around my home, & I definitely recommend them.
