We had a leak upstairs that stained the downstairs ceiling. The old, stained piece of drywall had been removed and a new piece of drywall was already in place. It just needed to be taped, mudded, and painted. Jermaine was prompt and on time. His workmanship was exceptional. He was polite, knowledgeable, and took care to cover furniture, remove anything that was in his work space, and cleaned up after the job was done. The cost for the repair was a little high, so I will take that into consideration the next time I need assistance. I appreciated the text to let me know the name of my repair person and that he was on his way. Overall, it was a positive experience.
