I've used HM several times in the last few years, but I think I'm done. This last experience--reapplying loose tiles in my bathroom--was disappointing. I've never in my life seen a worker (Saulo) leave their work space so messy. In mixing up the materials, he splattered a mud-like substance all over the floor, door, cabinet doors, and countertop. There was even a big clump halfway across the room on the wall. It's like he mixed the grout in a blender with no lid! On the back porch he left a mess where he cleaned the tiles. And when he was done, he threw (literally) the open leftover bag into my garage, which went everywhere. Fortunately I could clean all this up (no permanent damage). But when you're paying Handyman Matters the high prices they charge, you shouldn't have to get down on your hands and knees to scrub and scrape and sweep up after the guy you just paid.

I have used Handyman Matters several times over the last few years and the experience has been very good. The service people are prompt, polite, and experienced. I've used this service for any array of jobs and the service technicians know their stuff. Today's visit solved several issues that had proven to be beyond our skill sets and our comfort in working off a ladder. Saulo provided excellent service! Thank you!

I had a fence repaired because we didn't want to replace the whole thing. Chris was on time and very professional. He fixed all the broken and damaged pieces and made it secure for the dogs. I am very happy with his work and appreciate his professional attitude. I think the labor is a high at 95.00 per hour but because of their professionalism and peace of mind I am willing to pay it. Well worth it. I have many projects on the "to do list" and I will be calling them to get them done.

I was very pleased with the work of Steve and Chris. They solved a problem I had with my door, took down a light fixture—ceiling fan & installed new light fixture, & put a new light bulb in a very tall ceiling. I would certainly recommend Handyman Matters to anyone.

Chris did a great job with all my paint touch-up and handyman jobs. He covered the entire two story house and fixed everything that needed to be fixed in just a few hours.

We had shelving storage install in our laundry room that was about to cave it. Steve came and made and entirely new cabinet/shelving exactly to my specifications and was great to work with. Not my first Handyman Matters project and certainly not my last! Thanks Steve and Handyman Matters!!!
