Ty did a great job from the moment he stepped into our house. I had issues with doors today. A challenging pocket door where the hardware inside the wall had failed, a door that would not close and two doors that would not latch. He was friendly and we walked around the house to review the four items that needed his attention, assessed and prioritized them. He worked expertly to repair each one to my satisfaction. The pocket door was the most difficult as it required removing trim from around the door. Ty carefully removed the trim, addressed the problem and then put the trim back, good as new. Ty ran to the store to get hardware he needed to complete one repair and sanded the top of another door so that it would close. All projects were completed within the two hour estimate that I was provided when scheduling the appointment. I would highly recommend Ty and Ace Handyman Services.

Tye, arrived exactly as planned. Easily understood guidelines for job, which had him working with a hundred year old cottage with all of its quirks & nuances. Tye possessed multiple skills & quickly applied them to each task. He improved the fit & ease of use with older storms & storm doors which, needed a good eye for a tight fit. Tye worked carefully with 100 year old storm windows bordering an equally old fireplace. He was happy in his approach to the job. And enjoyed the challenges of working in an older home. I will definitely be calling Ace Home Services & requesting Tye!

It’s my first time using Ace Handyman Services, and feel it’s an invaluable service to support the maintenance of my home. I worked with Larry, he jumps right in and completes projects one by one very efficiently & skillfully. I needed an Intermatic switch replaced, an exterior electrical outlet cover replaced, a exterior/interior door handle with lock installed, and a door that was in a locked position released from the door frame and modified until a replacement part arrives. I like that you can either purchase replacement parts to have there when they arrive to start the work, or they’ll purchase the part and add the cost to the bill. It’s such a relief to find a trustworthy, reliable business to rely on.

Ty was helpful, knowledgeable, and detailed. Weatherstripping doors, balancing cabinet, repairing hinge on a cabinet, leveling a bar, balancing doors, hanging a large image on the wall. Fabulous service!
