The things I needed done were set up for two different visits. The first visit was completed in fine fashion. The second visit was for a more complicated procedure. Matt came out, spent some time reviewing everything needed to install new bathroom exhaust fans with the addition of heat. He felt that the job should be done by an electrician because of some complexities involved. I had 2 electricians come out— both felt that the job would entail a lot more work and expense than what I anticipated, so I did not do the project in the end. I was glad Matt was honest about his assessment rather than try to do the job. The first job I had done (installing kitchen faucet and garbage disposal) ended up having a small issue. Matt came out and fixed it under Ace’s warranty—very efficient.

I have had Irwin come to my house to fix 6 items. I am so happy that he was able to take care of every one. If I think of anything else, I know I can rely on this service to help me out. It’s so comforting to know. See you again, Irwin, I’m sure. Good luck with the morels this afternoon.

There was some snag or issues at the beginning of the project, but this was corrected. They send another person Matt , who took over and resolved all the issues. I am very satisfied at the professionalism of this person. He is Very knowledgeable and friendly. 👍
