James performed electrical,tasks, dry wall and painting tasks, carpenter tasks, hung two grab bars in the bathroom showers, and so on. Each task used a different set of skills. James is a top performer in all the skillsets needed to make my house look new again.

Not everyone would move from corner to corner on the deck floor to scrape off the awful sections of the old deck paint to make sure the. new deck paint would be smooth and last for years to come. Would I have done that ? No (as a matter of fact- I did not do that which is why the deck needed so much scraping this time.) We had Ace Handyman come out twice to install some light fixtures and a new vanity. The second appointment was to replace some trim around our exterior windows. Both times we were very pleased with the efficiency the jobs were completed. Rick and James were on time, gave us a reasonable quote and went to work immediately. Communication was great. We will definitely use them again.

James was very nice and professional. He did a great job caulking our shower and kitchen area and he fixed our broken porch door. The job came in under budget and that's always a plus too. Will be having him back again soon for more projects.
