Our skilled craftsman Rick did an outstanding job repairing (including drywall replacement) and repainting a section of moisture-damaged wall adjacent to a bedroom window. The formerly cracked, peeled, bubbled paint with signs of mold is gone and the window area is now smooth, clean and fresh - The whole room feels like new! Rick is not only wonderful at his craft, he is also neat, personable and has a great work ethic, calling to let us know when he was on the way, wearing shoe covers and the all-important and much-appreciated face mask. A special thank you to Andrea in the office who coordinated all of the job elements. Her prompt responses to calls and emails and thoughtfulness in keeping the lines of communication open, helped make the entire experience with Ace Handyman Services a true pleasure. An older built condo required new door knobs/locks and a stair railing secured. Since it was an older built it required some adjustments, not a simple straightforward replacement. The technician had previous experience with older built houses and while it took a little longer time than estimated it was done to my complete satisfaction. I would recommend the service of this technician again.

I love it, T was right on time (and even a bit early) so he got started right away. I'm glad he was so careful to assess whether the TV mount I bought was the appropriate one for our smaller TV. We had work performed in our basement, including replacing old light fixtures, drop ceiling tile, and adding a new doorway. All of the work was performed very well.
