Mike was on time. He was very nice and polite and the job took less time they they thought. He cleaned up after he was done and everything works great.

Everything you can ask for
Arrived on time. Nice. Worked efficiently( which is appreciated as I have hired other companies whose guys milk the clock and it’s obvious). Knowledgeable about installing entertainment systems. William and Tony worked well together and appreciate all the hard work and extra tips!

Excellent Service
I called Ace to get a shelf put up. I thought they would schedule a “window” for someone to come so I would need to find a day to work from home, but they scheduled an exact time and Adrian was right on time. Done super fast and looks great. I would certainly recommend.

Very professional.
Mike is a kind and easy going gentleman. He gave a detailed explanation of how the process worked. He did a great job with the safety bar install and cleaned up his work area. I will request him again.

Friendly, professional, on time.
Tony and Michael were friendly and professional. I love the floating cabinet they installed. It looks great. My one suggestion would be for Tony to listen to the customer a little more. I read the reviews concerning the cabinet, what customers had problems with the installation, due to the weight and I wanted to convey the problems they had to him. I think the job would have gone a little faster if he listened to me. All in all, the job got done, and it looks great.

Professional, Great Work, and Reasonable Prices
I’ve been trying to find a neighborhood handyman for years as I did not want to pay for a commercial company. I have had no shows and horrible pricing. I finally reached out to Ace Handyman late Wednesday night, they called me Thursday morning and then 3 men were here Friday to work. The work was quality and Jay worked at a great pace, so I feel the higher per hour prices turned out to be very competitive, but came with the added professionalism. I already want to have them out to do more things.
