Great job.
Roger was the Ace Handyman that came to my house to do two different jobs. Roger was on time, and he came with all the right tools to do both jobs. He did not waste any time replacing and installing a garbage disposal and high level lights. He is very knowledgeable in his work -- he knew exactly what to do and he finished both jobs before the time that I was told it may take. He cleaned the work area and disposed of all the trash. He was very courteous and kindly answered all my questions. I am happy with Roger's work and the Ace Handyman Service.

Pro repairs done right
We've used this service three times now. They know what they're doing, give honest estimates, and do the work efficiently. Jay has been over two times to repair two doors and we got just what we needed. This is a very useful service.

Called to get a outlet put in for my mini split and they said they won't do it due to not getting the whole job it's is a DIY project they said but now they won't do the job now that they are not getting the large amount of funds for the insulation t. But in their ad they say no job to big or to small, but that's not so

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are sorry for the inconvenience but as we stated when you called, we are unable to finish work that a different company started since we then are exposed if something happens to go wrong. At that point, it becomes problematic to determine which company is at fault. We're unsure why the other company did not finish or complete the work but we provide a warranty for all of the work that we do and that is very difficult to control when there are two different companies involved. Way more expensive than quoted price
I was given a quoted price of $194 to install a over the range microwave. I thought the quote was a little high but decided to give them a chance. They did a good job installing but called me later to pay the invoice and told me the cost would be $315. The cost of the microwave brand new was $200. What a rip off!! I told them NO WAY! I'm paying $315 for the install when I was quoted $194. They brought the price down to $255 so I paid the money but its a lesson learned. I will never do business with them again. Beware!

We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the invoice amount, but are glad to hear you were pleased with the results of your project. We do not provide fixed bids, but rather a time estimate range based on our experience completing similar projects. We listened to the call when the appointment was booked. Our office staff member communicated the time estimate to be between 1 hour and 2 hours to complete the project. Fast and Friendly
Adrian came as soon as he could and did a wonderful job helping to fix certain lighting fixtures, camera mounts, and mounted our door hydraulic for us! He was very friendly and efficient for only being here for about 2/3 hours. They charge very fairly and guarantee good service and explained everything very thoroughly.
