First of all he was late due to a dead battery. I was very understanding about it. But then he couldn't leave to get the supplies because his battery was dead again. My husband gave him a jump. He went to buy a new battery so started the job 2 hours late which messed up my work schedule. I hired him to replace the trim around my garage door. He only did one side! At this point I was so frustrated I just paid him (the amount I was quoted for the entire garage door trim). I had to wait 15 minutes to shut the garage door due to wet paint. Our garage door won't shut. Since he only did one side and he installed it in a way that it protrudes, it inhibits the garage door from shutting. Now my husband is taking time off work and fixing what we just paid an Ace Handyman to repair so that we can close our garage door. There were no problems with the garage door prior to this service.

I needed my front security door fixed and my gate entry adjusted to allow more space so it would open/close correctly. I placed my request online and was contacted quickly, informed of costs, level of expertise of their craftsmen and provided an exact time/day for repairs. Communications were clear and I was alerted with his name and picture that he was on his way. He arrived right on time, assessed the work provided a closer estimate of costs and time involved. The repairs took less time and the work was completed expertly. This was so easy. No surprises. I definitely will use this service again.

Mike Dale with Ace Handyman Services arrived right on time as scheduled. He was friendly and very communicative about our needs, any obstacles he may have experienced and provided solutions and / or updates as he went along. He came to our business during office hours and was respectful of the work being done in main area and in manager offices. We still some more work done and I am definitely scheduling again with Ace Handyman and requesting that Mike return to ensure the quality work continues to be done.
