Sid and Randy came last week to replace some rotted siding on our shed. They went above and beyond when they agreed to remove an old wall mounted a/c unit instead of just patch around it. They did a great job and were both professional, courteous and friendly.

Life got busy and we had an upcoming party so I called Ace Handyman Services to assist with a few small projects I was worried wouldn’t get done in time, things I would normally do myself – light sanding and painting two small areas (less than 50 sq ft) and fixing some screws on a chair. What I thought would be less hassle to have someone else do turned out to be much more of a hassle than doing it myself. Tracy was more interested in lecturing me on the intricacies of drywall than actually doing the job. I showed him what needed to be sanded. Unfortunately, I failed to notice he didn’t sand what I asked before he painted until after he left. The quality of his paint work was also very poor. As Vickie had bragged so much about ACE’s warranty, after the party I asked ACE to send someone else out to fix Tracy’s work. That was a joke and turned out to be an even bigger waste of my time. I ended up fixing the job myself in about 30 minutes. I won’t be calling them back anytime soon!

Tracy did another great job. He is an asset to your team. On time and focused on the tasks at hand.

Tracy was professional to work with. He wasn't totally satisfied with the way the texturing came out and we weren't either but I was impressed that he said so and promised to come back and re-do with a different type of equipment that he didn't have with him today. It's rare that you get that type of honesty and straightforwardness on a job that was beneath expectations.

Sid was amazing and did great work repairing our French doors and eve cleaned up behind himself. We were a bit nervous to hire a Handyman because it's a high end home. But the staff person who took my calls was also amazing. She took time to answer all my questions and assured me that the craftsman they were sending to our home does great work. And she was absolutely right!!! I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend Ace Handyman Services.

The craftsman, Sid, assigned to regrout loose tiles in my foyer entry was polite, professional and on time. He did a nice job and provided valuable advice. I appreciate him and his work.

Tracy was very conscientious and his work was excellent. I will contact again for any home needs. My tasks were tv mounts, install patio curtain and assemble platform bed.
