Roger was great. He’s kind, professional and fixed my door in record time. He even offered advice on how to reduce everyday wear and tear. First rate service.

Andy did the initial install and set up of our drawer microwave, after a few days it stopped working. Andy came back and it appeared to be an 'Electrical outlet that required to be replaced with a more durable outlet and a rewire to make this microwave appliance independent rather then linked to other outlets. Andy tested to ensure the problem was resolved. We were so relieved that it wasn't the new microwave. Andy thank you for making the GFI and microwave outlet independent, we hope this is a long term fix for good and hope we don't experience any further problems.

Easy to schedule online, then a scheduler called to discuss the scope of work. Received confirmation texts for the appointment as well as a call when the handyman was on his way. On time arrival and professional. Addressed all items on my "to do" list! Would recommend and use again. Roger was great!

Worst experience ever and poor customer service. I cannot believe they charged me $495 after leaving me with one working fan, one inoperable fan and two rooms without fans at all! The $495 was after a "discount" and they should be ashamed for charging me even half that price. I was so excited that ACE offered this service and now I know better. I hired a craftsman to remove four old fans and install four new fans but as I mentioned above, it was a complete disaster with little resolve on their end. My husband and I spent our weekend fixing the issue. The craftsman said our fans were "complicated" and he was at my house for 5.5 hours only to install one correctly, one incorrectly and two not at all! Super frustrating and not what I expected after being a loyal ACE customer. This deserves a ZERO star rating.

We hired Ace Handyman Services to repair floor trim in a small section of the house and to replace an exterior wood door that was warped and worn out. We had the craftsman, Sydney, come out before the work to assess and help me make a list of materials to buy to prepare for the job. Sydney was very clear about what materials I needed and the number of hours to perform each aspect of the job. On the day of the work, Sydney and team arrived on time and worked quickly. They communicated issues found during the job and how that would affect the work, and what materials were needed to adjust to the unexpected issue. At the end of the day, the job was completed faster than the estimate saving us time and money. Craftsmen were friendly and easy to work with and obviously knowledgeable about the work. I am always anxious about hiring out to get work done on the house, but these guys made it completely stress free. I will hire Ace Handyman Services for future work and recommend them to others.
