Quality repairman
Rusty was spot on. Knew exactly what was needed, got the part and was done in one hour. Very pleased with it all.
Only surprise was the “service fee, I guess. If parts were approximately $100 and one hour was $125, that would mean the service fee was approximately $100, also.
Seems a little much for an existing client.
Otherwise, thank you for everything

quality of service great.
I live in Oregon and have a rental in Chandler AZ. When work is needed on the rental, I always use ACE. The communication with them is great. They contact the tenant and schedule the appointment. They give me an estimate of how much it is going to cost and when they finish the job they call me and give me a detail report of what was done and cost. They are always on time and very professional
