WAS QUOTED ONE COST AND ENDED UP PAYING 2X THE COST
I had to have a job split into 2 appts and was told on the second appt that there would only be a 2 hour charge at 120.00 an hour and would not have to pay the service fee of 65 since it was a continued appt. I paid 424.92 and the worker was here for 4 hours and kept leaving the front door open and allowing bugs to fly in as well. We were guaranteed the job would be completed i. The 2 hour time period and was told as well that one can of popcorn spray would be enough as well. The total time was 4 hours to complete and however only billed for 3, but the job was only supposed to take 2 and we ended up paying 2x the amount estimated to complete and that was even with the 65 dollar service fee being taken off. Not too happy The work was completed but not in the estimated time and at 2x the estimated cost as well.

Ace Handy man servie was very professional
I was very impressed with the entire experience. Their team kept us update when they would be out to the house, there was a change in tech and we were informed first thing in the morning when my scheduled appointment was a 1:30. The quote was within 1.5 hrs on the lower side of the quote. The team was very transparent with everything from time, tech and material. I am also a contractor and Ace impressed me. I was impressed on the professionalism and the entire experience.

Recaulk parts of the tub that had pulled apart.
Ace handyman was on time and courteous. Did his job very well and left the area cleaner than it was before. Will definitely use Ace handyman services again..

Estimate
The service worker that came out was very nice. No issues there. The issue is office staff told us to replace a shower…not remodel a bathroom would be over $10,000 in labor. This does not include supplies. Absolute waste of $65.00. They knew what we were asking for. If we knew it would be that much in labor we wouldn’t have had them waste our time and their time.
