New Sunscreen installation
Tracy was on time, quickly understood what needed done, and even went above the fasteners provided(which came out during the last installation during monsoon season). Using stronger fasteners made the entire new shade run smoothly.

Professional and friendly
Really great service. Tech arrived on time, and did exactly as we requested. We needed numbers painted on the building to comply with fire codes and had a lock box installed. The tech, Roger was really professional and worked efficiently. We are very satisfied with the work. Highly recommended, we will be calling again to have some other work done.

Toilet replace and repairs
Roger was prompt, courteous and helpful. He seemed knowledgeable and completed work in timely manner. We had some extra time and added additional small items that are nice to have in better condition. We will contact for future projects!
