Everything I requested to be done to my outside trim, fascia and soffit, looks wonderful. I had a very hard time locating anyone who wanted to take on this task. I happened upon the Ace Handyman Services accidentally and Nathan referred the project to Jeff who came over, assessed everything, and repaired or replaced the damaged trim. Besides doing the job up to and beyond my expectations, the materials were also picked up and delivered and included in my estimate. I will be using them again for other projects Jeff already looked at for me. The price was well within my budget and now I can move on to painting the trim.

Justin is really the “Jack of all trades”. He’s meticulous and always on time. Refurbished my deck that included sanding down damaged areas and cutting away and smoothing large splintered areas. Two new coats of stain placed smoothly.

We needed repair to the frame of our front door. I suspected we might have to have the whole frame replaced which I didn’t want to tackle. My first contact with Nathan who arranged a service man and set time and date also providing an estimate of the cost. Jeff was the person who completed the repair and through his expertise actually saved us money and made a repair which totally met our needs totally satisfactorily. He also cleaned up before leaving. Both Nathan and Jeff showed the highest degree of professionalism. I felt secure using someone working under ACE’s name and I was not disappointed. This was an excellent experience from start to finish and will be my “go to” call when I need help.

ACE Handyman Services is a great resource for those jobs you don't know how to do or that a specialized company probably won't want to do. I had a sag in my gutter and called, knowing that a roofing or gutter company probably wouldn't be that interested or would try to up-sell me to a more expensive repair. Justin was professional, fast, and did a great job. He had a suggestion about another potential issue with my gutters and I trust his opinion. I was very impressed and have also recommended ACE Handyman Services to my NextDoor neighborhood.

This was such a fantastic service. Where I started to get frusterated with a project, they were able to send out a handyman, Jeff (who is an absolute Prince by the way), to expertly accomplish the tasks at hand. I am very happy with the way that my office turned out. They were able to replace the damaged drywall, insulation, and flooring perfectly to match the rest of the home. I can hardly tell that there was any damage there at all! Thank you so much for your hard work and I will definitely be using this service again for any larger projects.

Pleased with the quality of the work, however I did not appreciate being upcharged on the materials. I wish they had told me this would happen prior to being billed. However, the technician was prompt, friendly, and qualified and did a good job on my projects.

Justin showed up exactly on time and surveyed the situation. The tie replacements, ideally, would require three eight foot long ties. Before he arrived Justin had already done his homework in attempting to locate railroad ties. He had checked all three Home Depot’s and only one had any and they were not in pristine condition. Since there was only two of mine that were about to collapse, each just short of four feet long, we decided to purchase one and cut it in two for the replacements He proceeded to place the 250 pound tie on a dolly and get it to my back yard, over my deck to the site, The removal of the damaged ties and the replacement took a couple of hours. (I’m so glad there wasn’t any new railroad ties to be had as this weathered one he bought blends right in with the rest of the wall).
