The job was started on 9-30. I was billed for 8 hrs. Completed on 10-13. I was billed another 8 hrs. At the start I was told it would take 4 or 5 hrs. $2100.00 later it was completed. Part of the bill was for the worker standing in line for hrs. I don’t understand their business model. Please look elsewhere for handyman service.

Your job had many details and you asked our technicians to do the shopping for you. As you already knew our time has a cost as well as yours and any other professional.
You were advised about costs and in our conversation, you agreed to everything and paid us all 100%. You mentioned to me that the job was excellent as well as service and paid for the job.
We did not charged you for more hours than the hours we worked and this why you paid for it. Thanks

Very nice young man, very capable, and knowledgeable.
Rick was on time, wore a mask and was very neat.
My house is almost 100 years old. Rick was able to fix old hardware, and old doors so that the integrity of the house was not compromised.He was a good worker, and very helpful.

Professional, thorough and efficient
It was a breeze working with John and Rick . They were prompt in all correspondence and clear in expectations of services provided. Work performed was well done, no skimping. They sent pictures and updates throughout each day’s progress. We utilized their services for vanity installation, faucet replacement, removing ivy growing on chimney, pressure washing siding, spreading mulch in landscaping, cleaning roof and installing gutter guards. Very pleased. Highly recommended.

He arrived on time and very quickly reviewed the siding, gutter sealing, and kickplate under the doors to be replaced. He shopped for the supplies and returned quicker than I expected. He was very professional and worked quickly. I was very satisfied with the work and would request Mike again for future work.

High wuality work
I appreciate being told Richard was running behind. He was tolerant of my son in lawz dog until i could get him out of the way. He was efficient and did good quality work. I would recommend him and look forward to his return to finish up the compounding.
