We contacted Ace Handyman Services to replace two exterior soffits. They quoted us for 8 hours of work. The worker was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. At the end of the day, the job was not finished and the total amount was $200 more than what was quoted. While on the clock, he left several times stating that he left his tool at another job and said he didn’t realize he would need a ladder and had to go pick the ladder up. The worker was fairly slow and it was a very hot day. I would give this service a ‘C minus’ - bottom line - the price was top dollar and the job was not finished.

First time I have tried this service and am pleased. Very professional. On time, very neat, cleaned up after themselves. The estimate I got over the phone was a bit off. They go by what you describe to them without seeing the actual job. The handyman will give you a much truer estimate of the job cost.

We had Ace Handyman out to install ceiling fans for us. They had to come back because the new fans didn't fit exactly right, but they figured out a way to make them fit and they look great. Everyone was friendly and explained exactly what the problem was and how they would fix it, so we're very happy!

I believe the Ace Tech's name was Cody, he was friendly, polite, respectful and knew what he was doing. The door/frame situation took awhile to get corrected but he evaluated the placement issue and with patience he got the job done. I really appreciated his closing comment which was, "If you have any issues just give us a call". It's a great feeling to know that there are still some companies out there that back up their work and will do whatever it takes to make it right. I would use your services again and would recommend to family and friends.

Jessica covered up a hole in an outbuilding, cleaned gutters, fixed an attic vent that had fallen off, and patched a hole with plywood. She did exactly as I asked and encouraged me to look and make sure it was complete as needed. She was on time, friendly, and skilled. Scheduling was easy and everyone in the office responsive. I love the text that she was on the way. Fees reasonable. Highly recommend them.
