I could not be more pleased. The "handyman" was on time and thoroughly explained everything he was doing and how it was billed. I would also give him high marks for his courteousness and professionalism. The project (adding grab bars in bathrooms) turned out better and more attractive then I expected. Thank you, ACE, for providing this expert service so competently.

Nicholas had several small projects such as fixing 2 sticking doors,changed light bulbs on a high ceiling,installed an air conditioner vent cover and installed a new shower head. He performed them completely and I am very pleased. I will use Ace Handyman again for my projects.

Nicholas came to install a dog door plus 2 toilets. He advised us that the dog door we had was not going to work and advised us regarding getting the correct one. He then installed the two toilets for us which required a true professional to accomplish the task as some parts did not fit the floor openings. He went out of the way to do a great job for us. Very knowledgeable and highly professional. we are hoping that he is the one returning to install the dog door when it arrives!

From beginning to end ACE Handyman Services did it right...Between Keith, Nicholas and dispatch...all communications were excellent from beginning to end...Keith was an excellent listener when we discussed my project...The project included wood repair and exterior painting...Both Keith and Nicholas did an excellent job...My next project will be completed by ACE Handyman Services.

My son-in-law said the tradesman installed the undermount sink with epoxy and added a brace For extra support w/o being asked or expected. That is attention to detail. I trust ACE Hardware Handyman.

Nicholas was assigned to come to my home. He called me to ask if he could come earlier, which was great for me. He was friendly and very professional. The problem with my door was more complicated than expected. Nick did everything possible to resolve the problem. I was very happy with the work. Nick also cleaned up after the job was completed. I would definitely recommend the company for providing very good service .

I had Ace, who sent Roddick, install 2 dog doors (1 through a brick wall), hang a chandelier, install a new kitchen faucet, and replace a shower head rod. He did it all in the estimated time and with great quality. He was very friendly throughout the process as well, and did a great job cleaning up after himself. I'll definitely use them (and him) again!
