As a home owner you learn that nothing is ever as straightforward as you think. Rich was able to seemlessly not only replace items requested, but problem solve the opportunities that arose.

We’ve used them several times to help with repairs and updates to our condo in Crystal Lake. They are great communicators, always on time and reasonable with estimates and pricing. Highly recommend.

Worked with Ace Handyman Services for the first time today and already have them lining up additional projects. Bud and Jim replaced all of our cabinet door hinges to soft close and rehung the doors. They modified a few cabinets so my in wall oven wouldn’t wobble and the dishwasher doesn’t slide forward- securing both in place. My 30 year old cabinets are all functional again and will get another 10-15 years out of them, which was my goal. They also fixed a bathroom medicine cabinet, reattached the backing to prolong its use as I decide when to remodel the bathroom. Finally, I thought we going to need to replace our stairs going into the basement. Bud looked at the structure, confirmed it was structurally sound, confirmed the height and length of the treads were to code. He noted the reason they felt and sounded unsteady was the prior owner removed many of the nails, pointing out the open holes. Within 1 hour, all the stairs had new screws to shore them up. Both Jim and Bud were very conscientious about time, being extremely productive as they worked. They gave me many cost savings ideas for both the current and future projects. The professionalism and customer service from Bud, Jim, and Kathy (office) was outstanding! Text messages and phone calls confirming appointments, next steps, all invoices and plans in writing. Bud and Jim arrived on time. I am very impressed with the service and experience!
