Kathy answered the phone and was very friendly and patient and answered all of my questions and fully explained the process to me. I agreed to have an in-home consultation for my project and I didn't have to wait around or reschedule. I was texted a picture of the person who would be arriving as he was on the way, and Dan, the owner, arrived at my home promptly to assess the project and explain the scope of the work Ace Handyman Services could do for me. Dan answered questions and gave honest answers. There was no sell! There was no pressure! While at my home, Dan answered questions I had about other projects I need done. Again, no sales or pressure. I have had contractors and handymen who fail to show up and don't show up on time. I have been given free quotes and estimates just to not hear back and so I didn't mind paying for the consultation and getting to pick the brain of someone who is experienced with many home repairs and projects.

Bud arrived on time and got right to work on replacing the burners on my Weber grill. It was quite a challenge because the screws were well rusted. He worked on them until he was able to remove the old burners . He got it done!

Rich arrived early and was able to install my new recessed toilet paper dispenser into the wall having found the stud. He also patched and installed my new 18-inch towel bar to match the dispenser and our upcoming vanity replacement and fixtures. Everything was completed in the 2-hour quoted window. Much appreciated!
