I am so thankful and lucky to have found ace handyman services. We were doing some updating jobs and remoldeing in our kitchen and I was having no luck to find services/ companies to come help. I called big companies, small companies and independent services. Nothing pulled through. Also customer service was dissapointing. I was recommended to call Ace Handyman. I was hesitant but I have been nothing but impressed. From the first interaction until the last it was professional, understanding and they listened. They even circled back to me as we waited for meterials to arrrive to check in on status! They comnuicated the entire projects. I got a text when the handman was on his way and I got phone calls and emails throughout the project from Kathy to check in. The estimates were on target no suprises. Bud the handyman was friendly, on time and clearly communicated. He was CLEAN. He cleaned the area, broke down boxes for us and went through step by step each day the work he had done. He got my opinion on the project throughout. One project went past 6 o'clock at night and he STAYED to finish! I also had booked someone for a blacksplash who canceled on me last minute. Kathy at Ace Handyman worked it out with their tile handyman to come the very next week and piece together a job to get us our backsplash in last minute. With our houes projects I have been working with 4 different companies and ACE Handyman has by far the best customer service. They truly care. The communication was immediate anytime I called or sent an email. They answered all my questions and spent time listening. I have no idea how to be a construction manager - i'm just a mom! But they made it easy and I figured it out with their help. They have a person to install and fix everything anything. We decided we wanted to mount a tv at our house and Bud said he would help and he did! We even ran into some issues with the cabinet installs and bud fixed them all and ran to the store to buy materials he needed to fix the issue( the issue was not from ACE it was from the cabinet company). I will be continuing projects in our house with them and I feel well taken care of. Things these days are so expensive and it's nervracking not knowing who your working with. I am lucky I was given the number of ACE handyman. lucky!!! I already told ACE I need bathroom updates.... and they are up for the task!!

Bud did a great job making the access panel in my downstairs closet to my water pipes functional. Bud Completed the job efficiently and is very professional. I only call Ace for my Handyman needs. Thanks so much Bud!

Cameron was very efficient and knew what he was doing. Good craftsmanship-very nice job.

Matt came to do a list of little projects at my home. He is always friendly, knowledgeable and swift at the jobs. I only call ACE for all my handyman needs!!

Matt arrived on time, was pleasant and asked where I wanted to start. Once he got started I left him alone. Then we went to 2nd project and I explained what I wanted and he did that. At that point I asked him to look at something that was done by a previous Handyman and he made a few adjustments but said to get it right he would have to redo everything and I said that wasn’t an option. Before finishing up I asked him to look at something I did that was now leaking and he figured out why it was leaking and required I would have to buy a new part. He did all this in the 2 hours that was originally quoted. He sent me an invoice before he left. I reviewed all his work and was very pleased.

Cameron completed every task I requested efficiently and professionally!! I will definitely call you again and ask for Cameron!

Ace handyman service is a very good place to call when you need a handyman. Handymen are hard workers, honest, and know their knowledge limits. Whenever I need a handyman, I will not hesitate to call ACE Handyman Services.

We are so pleased with the Ace service. Bud is especially the best . He has serviced our home twice and always does an outstanding job. He called when he was going to be late, cleaned up after his work and does really good work. We are so grateful for the good quality workmanship!
