Bud arrived slightly ahead of schedule and began working immediately. He kept me posted as to his progress, issues encountered, and proposed resolution to the issues. Bud was knowledgeable in both the electrical and plumbing work that he was hired to perform. He was respectful of my home and my time. Matt and Bud walked into a challenging situation to reposition a front load washer/dryer within a very tight space of 58” wide x 32” deep. Their years of experience and professionalism were on full display as they worked through the issues at hand. They very carefully and safely installed a periscope vent that attached to the existing wall opening, relocated the dryer gas line, and securely attached the water hose. Matt and Bud worked in a very tight space with little maneuverability, yet somehow never scratched or marked any of the freshly painted walls. Bud took special care to level both washer and dryer and, after having used the washer on the highest spin cycle, it didn’t vibrate or move even a fraction of an inch. In addition, Matt installed a new ceiling light fixture in the laundry area. Overall Bud’s and Matt’s professionalism, “can-do” attitude, diligence, and great sense of humor yielded the much-wished for results.
