We had a few loose porcelain tiles in the kitchen and it was likely that one tile had a flooring underlayment problem. The repair technician removed the broken grout and replaced the flooring underlayment where needed. The end results was spectacular and I would recommend ACE to anyone who needs such around the house repairs done.

Needed a fix for water damaged ceiling in powder room. We really like the process at Ace Handyman, which involves a description of the need via phone, explanation of the process and rough estimate of time and material needed to complete. The team is very reapectful of time and communicates very well even the slightest deviation from expected arrival time. Deanna quickly sized up the situation and recommended a repair vs tear out and replacement of the ceiling. Turned into 1 visit vs 3 for drywall work. This reduced the expense by about $500 overall. She also fixed an area of moisture damage in a shower area in another room. Again, recommending a cost and time efficient approach, as well as a future solution to prevent recurrence.
