I asked for a repair to our deck after using your services last month. I explicitly said I needed my third floor porch re done. I sent numerous photos clearly showing that it was on the third floor. The repairman comes over 45 minutes late. Comes up to the third floor to look at then abruptly says he can not do the job because it was on the third floor. Something he could have concluded by simply reading my email. I missed work to show him the job when he could have just saved me everybody’s time.

Had a punch list of various projects including installing new locks and painting a room. The handy man who came was very skilled and pleasant. However, not all items got done, so this will end up being more expensive than I thought.

Arrived right on time and Paul was able to get all of our projects done! He was very positive and willing to tackle challenges and get it all done. Thank you!!!

Had a list of miscellaneous tasks including thermostat replacement and a window repair. All were completed successfully. Would hire these guys again.

We wanted a storm door installed, and the technician picked it up at Home Depot, which was nice. But he tied it down to the roof of his truck and bent the door; it doesn't shut correctly now. He didn't seem to understand the door is aluminum and could be bent if not stored flat. The door was supposedly installable in 45 minutes, according to the manufacturer. The technician took 1 1/2 hours. He did not wear a mask, even when he cut through the house without permission. Because of the safety issue I didn't want to mention that the door didn't close properly. My first experience with Ace was excellent, but now I would not use them again. The quality of their personnel seems inconsistent.

I’m not handy so I was grateful to be able to hire a handyman to install a trio of IKEA shelves in my mud room. Moshe was so considerate and noticed I took off my shoes in my home and offered to do the same, and he was mindful to shut doors behind him as not to let my pets out. And of course, the shelves were expertly built and anchored to the walls. He even made extra cuts at the back so the shelves were flush against the wall & baseboard, and asked me questions to make sure the shelves functioned best in my space. 10/10. Would hire again!

Fantastic, thorough work. Had three small jobs in my apartment and they were done quickly, efficiently and professionally. Absolutely recommended!

I was pleased with the jobs done: installing a grab bar in our shower and removing a structure over the office window. The problem with his work on the shower bar was that he did not come prepared. When I scheduled the work I had specifically mentioned that anchor bolts might be needed in order to get the proper placement of the bar. I was surprised when the worker said he had to go out for anchor bolts. He was away for 45 minutes (not counted in the job time) and hadn't asked us if there was a hardware store in town. Still, the work was fine.
