Professional and Personable, Obviously Know What They are Doing
For over a year, we have been looking for a handyman for our Acton church built in 1871. We got a few to come out and look at our projects, but never got follow up. The day following our contact with ACE Handyman Services-Greenwood, their office was on the phone to us and we had on-site help the next week. Anthony and Robert showed up and stayed for the full day knocking out the list of projects that had been left hanging for too long. They replaced light fixtures, cleaned about 150 feet of gutters, exchanged lights in our sanctuary (again about 30-feet up), braced a sinking spot in the floor, and caulked holes in the wooden frames left by carpenter bees. Bryan stopped by from the office to make sure the craftsmen were safe working so high. They weren't shy about telling us if something was outside of their scope of work, but were also helpful giving us the information we needed to contact the appropriate experts, like electricians and roofers, to complete critical repairs. This is truly a professional organization with trained craftsmen. These guys show up to work. They are down-to-earth and helped us develop plans to complete future projects we hadn't even considered, but were obviously needed. They went over what could be executed simultaneously and what needed to be done sequentially -- what they could supply and what we should have waiting for them to save us time and money without them having to run out to purchase it. Needless to say, we are impressed, and ACE has gained a long-term client.

Professional, Courteous & Job Well Done
My experience with Ace Handyman Services was very positive. Technician, Anthony, did a marvelous job of rebuilding the outside of our decorative window. I would reach out again to Ace next time I have a home improvement need. Top notch!

They know their biz
Robert and Bonnie were great to work with. They don’t put bandaids on a job. They do it right. He gave me advise on some other jobs too. I will be hiring them again.

Everything completed on schedule, and without a hitch.
They got me on their schedule in a matter of days, and Robert got the job done post haste and within the time and cost estimate. I would recommend them, and I would call them again.
