The title reads my three words to describe them. The upper glass screen of my front door was stuck at the bottom in old, dry paint. The men who tried to fix it first were upfront about not knowing how to solve the problem and I was about to order a new door )the existing one is in good shape). Then Ace Repair sent Reese, their “door guy.” Within minutes he ran a blade on the frame of the glass screen and fixed the problem. Now the glass screen slides up and down and I can slide it down in the summer for ventilation to come in through the mesh screen. Good job, Reece.

Patrick and Jeff removed and replaced a door/casing. They beat the estimate time and and did a great job! Left the work area as clean as when they arrived. Patrick's attention to detail was always at the top!.

Reece came on time and completed everything needed. His work was professional and well done. His demeanor was very pleasant. I will use Ace services in the future and request Reece.

Sam went above and beyond

This was my first time using Ace. I had called two other handymen recently to get some outdoor lights installed. One never called me back and the other didn't show up when he was supposed to. I called Ace on Friday and they had someone come out on Monday! Wow! Jeff was very friendly, organized, prompt, and did great work. I wish I would have called Ace weeks ago!

Samuel did a great job of mounting our TV! He was very efficient and professional. And I was so appreciative that the work took half the time that I was quoted for. The only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars was I think he forgot to tell me about the wrong hole he had drilled and then patched, so I had to paint the wall above the tv after he left. And although he was done with the work in an hour I was charged for an hour and 15min. Maybe the time to take my credit card was factored in? Overall I was still very pleased with the service and I will be using Ace Handyman in the future!

Brad was very professional. He arrived on time and installed 2 locks in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Very prompt and professional.

Because of supply problems ACE had trouble getting the materials. Bradley arrived early and repaired the problem professionally and quickly. He drinks coffee with a little sugar. Anyone named Brad, Bradley or Bradford has to be good. Stacy (in the office) also did a great job communicating and has a great sense of humor.

This was my second occurrence using Ace Handyman, and I was once again very pleased with the all-around experience offered in customer service, communication, and craftsmanship; the simplicity of calling one service for multiple tasks/trades makes life easier. Jeff did a great job on a small flooring project that I’ve had on my “to do” list, as a new home owner in the last 2 yrs ago, and a few other small items. I already know of more projects to line up for next spring, and will certainly use Ace once again.
