This was my second time using Ace Handman Service. I needed to reinstall a towel bar in a bathroom. Tom came out and provided friendly and quick service. The entire process of requesting service is very efficient. I will use Ace again!

On time, and job well done

This is the 2nd time we used Ace Handyman Services Hamilton County. Just as last time, from the quote to the actual delivery of services, they are punctual, polite and knowledgeable. We will definitely use them again.

We chose the half-day handyman (4 hours of service) for our home projects which consisted of relocating some recessed ceiling lights in our kitchen, drywall repair, raising two kitchen cabinets higher on the wall so we could fit a new 72” refrigerator in the spot, and hanging some drapes in the breakfast room. From start to finish, Tom’s skill, knowledge and efficiency in tackling our projects was top notch. I couldn’t have been more pleased with his work! He showed up on time and got straight to our list. I found him to be very personable and conscientious, applying the same exacting quality and care to our home as I imagine he would to his own. We will definitely call on Ace Handyman for future projects and hope to work with Tom again. He puts the “Ace” in Ace Handyman.

Steven did a great job - he was able to get all my projects done in a timely manner with high quality results. I would hire him again! He planed 3 doors, installed 4 hooks, 2 drapery rods, and a kitchen trash pullout.

I hired the Ace handyman service to hang a light fixture. They hung the light and it looks great. What was unfortunate was that when booking my appointment, I told them they would need a 12-ft. ladder due to a vaulted ceiling. When they show up to hang the fixture I was informed that they didn’t have a 12-ft. ladder and instead had to go rent one and that I would be billed for it. That was never mentioned when I got the original quote the day I booked. I ended up paying $90 more than originally quoted even though they told me it was $50 to rent the ladder. Had I known it was going to be so expensive I would have just waited on my dad to help me. If using them, just be aware there may be additional hidden charges the day of service.

Richard was here exactly on time and went to work quickly. He cleaned out my dryer vent, any questions I asked he answered and was very helpful. He was done with the minimum of fuss. Thank you very much! Great job

Steven replaced our back exterior door and did a wonderful job. He was friendly, efficient, made sure that all sides were sealed tightly, and the work area was very clean when he left. The quote I received for the job was spot on, This was my first experience with Ace Handyman services and definitely will not be my last.

I am always so happy with professional work that Ace has done for me. Today Richard cleaned out my gutters and did a great and thorough job.
