Very good work and service

I hired Handyman Matters to hand window mini blinds. I was told their “ best man Mike” was doing the job. All the blinds were hung incorrectly. All were hung on the window casings at different heights. Now the blinds will have to come down, the window casings repaired, and the blinds reinstalled. At $195 for the first hour then $95 per hour thereafter you would think these guys know what they are doing? If you can’t hang window blinds you should not be in the handyman business. I won’t allow them to “fix” the problem since they already sent out “ their best guy”. Heather, general manager, will not refund my money unless she inspects the job. She already knows the story from “her best man”. Now I have to file suit against the company. All this trouble for a couple of hundred bucks. Stay away from this company as there are too many 1 man operations that can handle handyman jobs.

Bill did a great job finding and fixing the damaged underground wire to our garage and hanging an exterior motion sensor light. He's very friendly and knows his job well. I appreciate the good and friendly communication from their office The respond promptly and send confirmation texts/emails about appointments. They get the job done, but its anlittle hard on the budget.

So far I am satisfied. When the next step is complete I will be able to grade your service.

Gerald arrived right on time and took on the task of cleaning out our rain gutters after greeting us. This may not seem like a big deal but we have a two story home and my wife didn't want me on the roof or on a long extension ladder (which I don't own). So, for us it was a big deal! After Gerald finished the task he explained what was found and showed us pictures that he had taken of before and after. He also found where one of the downspouts goes into the ground and where it comes out approximately 16-20 feet away from the house. Again, a very pleasant man and if I were the boss of "Handyman Matters", he would be a keeper since he knows how to interact with the customer. Thank you!

We needed to replace a bifold door with a regular panel type door. Ed sized up the job and explained clearly the work he would need to do beyond the original quote. He finished the job this morning and we like the results.

No skill for roof repair, they came to my house 4 times but didn’t fix the leaking issues. Very bad service, causes my selling damaged.

Our Roof was damaged in September's heavy rains. The bedroom ceiling and wall and bathroom window frame were all water damaged. Handyman matters provided prompt and professional roof, wall, window frame repair to fit our budget.
