We had an agent come out and do an estimate. When we called to schedule the work outlined in the estimate, the first guy wasn't available so when the day came for the work to be done we had to explain the work needed all over again. The work done on the first and second visit was well done. When the third visit was to happen, we talked to an agent of the group who said that all of our work (including new trim on our redone bathroom ceiling, which had been suggested by the man who did the estimate and was agreed to by us) would be done. Then when our visit was concluding, we were told that the fix to our installed door (Which had be damaged in an accident after installation) would not be done that day AND the old trim was put back up. It doesn't even match up in some places anymore!! It makes all of our nice work look shoddy. Just wish everything had been more communicated and spelled out ahead of time. We would recommend this group to others, despite our disappointments.

I had 2 outdoor faucets replaced. Did a beautiful job. Am going to use them again and again.

Had some siding that kept falling off the house, Andrew came out, was on time, professional and friendly. Completed the job needed, work looks good and hopefully stays up in the next wind storm.

When I noticed that the calking in my bathroom shower was sagging, I was concerned about water damage to my house. I called Erin Woods at Ace Handyman Services. The company sent out Mike Heiss, who has done many jobs for us in the past. What I like about Mike is that he is an excellent craftsman with a wide variety of skills. Not only that, but he also has excellent listening skills and very polite manners. When Mike arrived, I was in the middle of presenting a Zoom class in my home studio. I asked Mike to please use his own good judgment to solve the problem on his own if possible or, to come and get me if he needed anything from me. In just two trips, Mike fixed the leaks, sealed all the seams, and repainted the wall. I am so grateful that the Ace Handyman team worked together so well to solve my problem and that they take the time to employ such top notch and pleasant professionals like Mike to represent them. That's why I am adding Mike's Heiss name to referral list of Ultimate Service Providers.

I had someone come out and put a door up for my bathroom. The door looked great except there were a bunch of chips in it and there was also a random pink color on the other side. It was a brand new door so I couldn’t really paint it without painting the entire thing after the guy left. I paid 500 dollars for that plus an outside faucet replacement. It was annoying that I paid that much and still had chips in the door that I had to paint. I did have someone else replace a post for my fence and he did a great job, the fence post and the outside faucet look good.

Chris did a great job fixing/restoring numerous window shutters that were displaced due to recent wind storms. He arrived on time, explained to me what he would do and answered all my questions. When finished; Chris walked me through each action for my review. He was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.

This is my second time using Ace Handyman Services. I had a few roof panels break out of an enclosure that houses my hot tub. I called and the dispatcher was very polite and helpful. She got me set up with a same week appointment which was great. Austin came out and did a fantastic job replacing new panels. He was professional, personable and got the job done timely. No mess was left behind. Area was clear of any debris left behind from the broken panels he removed. I highly recommend Ace Handyman for any services you may need.
