The work was good. But after the work was completed an issue arose and no one got back to me even after i left a message and an e-mail.

This was the second time I used ACE Handyman. I had them remove, paint, and rehang my shutters. There were allot of issues with the work the first individual did, however, ACE Handyman made it right. I called the office and informed them of the problems I had and that the job was not done correctly. I received a call that evening. I was informed that another individual would be onsite the next day with a promise that they would do what was necessary to make it right. Just as promised, an individual named Andrew reported to my house on time. After showing him the problems, Andrew got to work and corrected everything to my satisfaction. I gave this 4 stars because of the need for rework. If Andrew would have done the work the first time I would have not hesitated to give it 5 stars.

I wasn’t sure what to expect as this is my first time using Ace. I had a myriad of repairs from plumbing to Belgian block repair to cabinetry. When Matt arrived, he was honest that his plumbing background was not extensive, But he quickly showed me he was up for the challenge. Bottom line-in a short period of time, I checked off 12 items on my to do list and it felt great!

Dan did a great job of troubleshooting and clearing the down spouting. Dad was unable to power blast the pipe going from the ground to the outlet that empties to the curb.

I had what I initially thought would be a standard request; changing out a kitchen faucet. Due to some issues with the original installation, it became much more difficult. Two others tried and failed. Chris was able to get the faucet changed out in a decent amount of time, as well as correct an issue that was caused by previous workers attempts. Chris is great!

Chris did a very nice job of installing gable vents in a metal building. No standing around he was working the entire time he was here. Friendly when I had a question.

I have utilized Handyman Services in the past and Andrew did not change my opinion of the service. He did a great job and I am very pleased with the outcome.

This was our third experience with Handyman, and each time was a very positive experience. Tyler was professional and prompt. Highly recommend!! Handyman will be replacing a storm door within next few weeks. Dependable and quite reputable.
