Handyman recently replaced an exterior door for me. Mike had to make 2 visits. I wanted to reverse the door swing and hinge. But he determined the door could not be reversed because it was not a standard size. So I ordered a replacement door and we re-scheduled the work. There was a miscommunication re who was to pick up the door at the vendor. That meant the work was started about an hour later than planned. (Office said I would not be charged for the extra time to go get the door.) Mike stayed till nearly 5 pm to finish installing the door and painting it. This included working for about an hour during a thunderstorm under a poorly sheltered roof overhang. It also involved fitting trim and molding so the door would hang properly. Clean and attractive installation all around. Mike cleaned up the work area as well. He brought the old door into the enclosed porch so I can store it until Habitat for Humanity can pick it up later this month. I have dealt with HandymanMatters a number of times over the last 11 or 12 years. This work lived up to their usual high standard.

We had a complicated bunk bed that we needed assembled. It would have taken me and my wife several hours, and multiple beers (LOL) to assemble. Dan did it in about 5-6 hours and helped carry the heavy boxes with parts up the stairs for us. We can’t thank him enough! Excellent work!!!

From calling in to scheduling to the completion of service I was totally delighted. The artisan was skilled, pleasant and professional. I had an area of siding very high up that needed replaced as well as a shutter repaired. Definitely recommend!

Matt the carpenter did great work. I love the fence and the gate was definitely built to last. He also did some last minute shrub planting though gardening wasn't on the work order. My neighbor liked the workmanship so much that she plans on hiring them to install her fence within the next 2 weeks. Matt cleaned up before he left which was much appreciated. I will be asking for him personally for my next project. A she shed. So, yes, I would use them again. Can't wait to see how my tiny house turns out.
