Russ arrived a few minutes before our scheduled appointment to replace our mailbox on an existing pole. He got right to work (in the bitter cold) after advising us that we didn't need the new brackets that we bought, so they could be returned for credit. So right off the bat he saved us money, then he mentioned a senior discount, so even more was subtracted from our cost. He was very friendly, and even advised us of some improvements we could make to the mailbox pole in the spring. We would definitely use this company again. The cost was a little high, but worth it in our estimation, as many other companies simply don't show up or return your call if it's a small job. Don't hesitate to try this company. We have only good comments for their professionalism. Even the person answering the phone was professional and helpful, answering any questions about cost, time it might take to complete the job, etc. All in all, this company and our worker Russ more than deserve a 5 star rating!

Mike arrived exactly when I was told he would be there. He worked quickly & efficiently, in spite of the cold. He asked if I had any bulbs the size required & then tried each of the lights. He answered my questions honestly. I've used Handy Man Matters several times in the last two years & have been extremely satisfied. I would highly recommend this company.

Difficult to find a business today with the work ethic from the office staff to the professionals (Matt came today) who do the work anymore, but nothing but an excellent experience with Handyman the two times I used their services. Bottom Line: Make this the first call when you need home repairs, etc.

I first contacted a different handyman service in the area. They never showed up and had horrible customer service. That’s when I found Handyman Matters (HM). Mr Es has been back 3 more times. We had some rooms that needed painted, a heavy wooden bed that needed moved, a crib bed that needed disassembled, and some large wall decals that needed put on the walls. Mr Ed did an incredible job on all of it. Not only would would I recommend HM but I highly recommend Mr Ed.

This is the first time I'm working with Handyman Services and I must say I'm very impressed. Mike was my guy this time and he was punctual and very competent. I had him hang new shutters on the house and provide an estimate for two doors I need work done on. The shutters look awesome. I had been worried about the screws provided being smaller than the original ones, but Mike was more than capable of working around it and with it. I will definitely use them again.
