Professional and courteous
Tyler was on time and he replaced my old an rusted porch light and my old mailbox that was beyond repair. He did a great job and I am very happy. Your company is definitely on my list for future projects and I will recommend you to others. Tyler was very courteous and helpful. Thank you so much.

Finally!
We have been looking for a solid handyman service, never knowing who to turn to for a variety of projects around our home. Then we had wind damage to our roof and needed someone ASAP...great recommendation! Ed, Jon, and Tyler were all professional and personal. We will be calling with future projects!

Outstanding First Impression
Tyler was our handyman and not only was he on time but better yet - he was EARLY. He worked swiftly and professionally. He was transparent and did everything we expected and then some. And he did so on his birthday no less! Well done, Tyler. Well done, Ace.

Excellent service
We were really pleased with the whole ACE team. Chrystal was most pleasant, helpful and efficient when scheduling our appointment. We appreciated the appointment updates. Dan arrived on time and ready to go. He carefully accessed the work to be done, explained what he was going to do and completed the work with care and expertise. We were especially impressed with his improvements to the laundry room doors. We can recommend ACE‘s services wholeheartedly!

Will definitely use again
Dan did a great job! He was prompt and kept me in the loop throughout the process, even ensuring I was ok with the color of the “nails”. I appreciated the communication with ACE via text and email, from start to finish. The work was completed as promised and I was charged what I was quoted. I also appreciate the one year warranty on the work and that all of the craftspeople are background checked, bonded, and insured.

Proficient and easy to schedule
Andrew, like those before him, listened to details of our (what seemed to us as unusual) request and handled it proficiently and personably. He shared his expertise as someone who spent years building his own furniture in fixing our bed’s large headboard consisting of mirrors and bookcases. In previous years, someone was able to quickly fix a window during snowy, cold weather along with unrelated tasks in his remaining portion of the hour and another attached a mailbox to a stone wall.

VERY Disappointed
The man left, saying it was fixed. Trusted him. When my wife went to take a shower, the situation was worse than before the man came and she could not take the shower. I was devastated because my wife depended on me to see that it was fixed.

Our Craftsman came back to the office after this particular job and explained to the owner that he let the customer know that this was a temporary repair because the repair that is required would take more time (replacing the valve after removing tile because there is no access from behind). One of our owners went out the next day and replaced the handle and reiterated that a much more extensive repair is required if the temporary repair fails again.
We also stated we would refund what they paid or apply it to the complete repair.
We are happy to complete that repair at any time.

Matt, the representative attending to my problem was as I expected. Courteous, friendly, on time and most of all- resolved my issues quickly, effectively. I have used the Ace Handyman Service several times before, they are my 'go to' whenever possible! This being the Christmas 🎄 season, best wishes for a blessed Christmas Season.
