Easy to schedule appointments and coordinate with tenants at rental properties. Ed has worked at a couple of my properties and I've never been disappointed with the workmanship.

Handyman-matters came through again ! This was a fairly large project and hm came through for us grandparents !! I had some parts problems on the playset and they helped me overcome them. James and company were all a pleasure to work with. James spearheaded the project and carried it through ! We have a wonderful play area for all of our grandchildren. (twin girls and one due any day with our other daughter ).

The handy man was good this is the third time they were out here. He also fixed some minor stuff without having to go to the hardware store for parts. Saved us a lot of money. He is friendly and polite. We have plans to have them return for more work that needs to be done.

The Installer was very pleasant and did a great job on replacing the door.

This is my third or fourth experience with Handyman Matters and they have all been very good. This time I needed some water damaged clapboard replaced on a 100 year old house. Mike came out, did an assessment and got to work. He had to fabricate the clapboard which he very cleverly did and fitted everything perfectly. It was exactly what I was looking for. This is the second time I have had Mike do a job and he is very professional, personally pleasant and very skilled. Heather and the staff are also very pleasant and after the first job, recognize me personally and do their best to satisfy my requirements. I would recommend this outfit to anyone who is not quite sure who to call when you have a problem.

I called Handyman Matters with a unique, Pinterest-inspired request to renovate two closets in my house. After sending pictures to Marissa showing what I was looking for, she worked very diligently to find a way to get this done for me. I did have other estimators look at the project, but when Marissa told me that Ed had worked on projects like this before, I had a great feeling. That feeling didn't change when Ed came to look at the job and discuss it with me. The price was very fair for the custom work that was being done. Communication was excellent and everyone including Heather and Caitlin has been very kind and professional. Not long after that job was finished, we had a plumbing issue and needed some assistance.
