Luther called the day before to confirm date, time, and work to be done. Arrived on time. Had supplies and tools ready to repair loose stone on fireplace, hang lanai screen, and do some exterior painting. Was knowledgeable about how to do the work. Everything was completed well and efficiently. Other handyman services may charge less per hour, but because Luther was so capable, the jobs were completed quickly. Chet did a wonderful job replacing a leaking Lanai sliding door and totally replacing a door to the outside that also leaked. He finished the trim and did a great job painting the door frame. Drywall cracks and nail pops were repaired and painted in short order! We would highly recommend Chet for any handyman projects that anyone would have and he is a pleasure to work with.
